A1 Group is committed to making its websites accessible in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882). This accessibility statement applies to the website brand.a1.group.
Status of Compatibility with Requirements
This website is partially compliant with Level AA of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1,” in accordance with the harmonized European standard EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (2018-08), due to the following incompatibilities and/or exceptions.
Non-Accessible Content
A1 Group aims to provide all information in the most accessible way possible. New applications and expansions are implemented with full accessibility in mind.
The A1 Group website contains older applications which are only partially accessible or not yet fully adapted for accessibility. Older applications are being updated or replaced over the medium term.
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons, referring to WCAG 2.1 (W3C Recommendation, as of 5 June 2018):
- Some images are missing alternative (alt) attributes (1.1.1 – non text content)
- Some links and buttons are missing alternative (alt) attributes (1.1.1 – non text content)
- Videos lack transcriptions. The videos do not have sound, nor spoken word, their purpose is purely aesthetic, the videos contain no text content. (1.2.5 – Audio Description or Media Alternative [Prerecorded])

A1 Group will review your report or complaint regarding any deficiencies in meeting accessibility requirements and take corrective action if necessary. You will receive a response detailing the results of the review and any corrective or planned measures within 2 months. If the content is exempt from accessibility obligations, you will also be informed within this period.
Enforcement Procedure
If the response from A1 Group is unsatisfactory, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Combating Discrimination. Complaints may be submitted electronically via the complaint form.
Complaint form of the Office for Combating Discrimination
The Office will assess whether the complaint pertains to violations of the Vienna Anti-Discrimination Act, particularly in terms of accessibility compliance by the City or Municipality of Vienna or affiliated entities.
If the complaint is justified, the Office will recommend actions and propose measures to eliminate the deficiencies to the responsible authority.
